The Neo-Federalist Papers are an independent undertaking devoted to examining the forces now testing the American Republic and bringing the principles of constitutional self-government back into the public conversation.

Each paper requires extensive research, historical study, writing, revision, and increasingly the production of videos and other materials needed to reach a wider public. The work is demanding, but we believe the moment demands it.

These papers are not written merely to describe what is happening. They are written to provoke thought, awaken concern, and encourage citizens to act in defense of the institutions upon which republican government depends.

Like the original Federalist Papers, they belong to no political party. Their concern is not which faction prevails, but whether the constitutional system capable of restraining every faction remains strong enough to preserve the liberty of all.
